The Client Feedback Program is designed to measure the clients' satisfaction with the services provided by IVY and its Professionals. It is a systematic program for insuring and improving the experience the clients have with IVY. It is an important means of achieving a competitive advantage by obtaining a better understanding of the clients' needs.

Client satisfaction is measured by asking the client to complete a uniform "Client Service Questionnaire" on every assignment which has been completed or terminated.
