Pierre Aussure founded IVY in 2002.

Prior to founding IVY, Pierre Aussure was at Tasa/TMP Executive Search, a company he joined in 1990, was elected a partner in 1993 and became Managing Partner of the Paris Office in 1996. He was also a member of the Executive Policy Committee.

Throughout his previous career, Pierre held various marketing and sales positions with Texas Instruments for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, both in the consumer electronics and in the semi-conductors divisions. He was then in charge of Corporate Development and International Development for the Business Press and Book Publishing Division of Havas which became Vivendi Universal Publishing where he developed the EDP and Telecom Department.

Pierre holds a Masters degree from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, a Masters in Law and a Masters in Economics from the University of Paris. He also holds an MBA. Just out of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, he completed his national service as a Commercial Attach� at the French Embassy in London.

For French Groups, Pierre has provided counsel for international recruitment and, conversely, for international organizations, provides recruitment services in the French and European markets.

Pierre was for fifteen years an Associate Professor at the University of Paris, where he taught courses on Multicultural Management and International Business.

He is the founder of the IVY Award, which is given out every year to a young successful entrepreneur/manager, in the technology sector.

He is the author of "Objectif Export", Dunod, and "Don't throw out the Cyberbaby with the bath water", Dunod.
